1.   Development and implementation of a number of measures for analysis of the internal economic conditions of both a separate entity, and the enterprise as a whole. Due Diligence is conducted mainly at the initiative of investors (buyers), but quite frequently sellers are an interested party to due diligence that are willing to attract additional investments to their business.

2.   The main objective of Due Diligence consists in the provision of an independent opinion to the customer on real financial standing of an enterprise, its investment attractiveness, existence or absence of tax, credit and other risks.
